5 teams consisting of forum members took 5 E21's and conquered the French Alps all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. Their way of celebrating 40 years of the E21. We made a report on this epic trip, now you can read the story and enjoy the photos in this Month's BMW Car Magazine December 2015 issue. Don't miss it! Also see the forum topic.
The first draft of the 2016 E21 & general classic events calendar is ready! Check out the English or Dutch version and let us know if you have any suggestions. It is promising to be a special year with BMW celebrating 100 years as a car manufacturer, and the impressive new home for BMW Classic in Munich will be opened! You can also have a look at our 2015 overview with many reports and exclusive professional photography on many events!
Another one fully on line now, with many, many classic BMW's in flaming action! Link.
Last trip for this year before the salt hits our roads! We met up with the E21 and 5 series communities in the far south of the Netherlands for a trip of that region, combined with the northeastern provinces of Belgium. Full photo report here! One of our stops was at Dutch Fiat dealership Brouwers who have a showroom full of… BMW’s! This former BMW dealership still maintains a wonderful collection of classic cars and contemporary automobilia. Not for sale but at least this bunch is not tucked away either!
It is good to see the forum community remains very active, both in the English and Dutch sections. We also know for fact that many E21 fans are also fans of other classic or youngtimer models. We already started a section on the E30 320iS 'Italian M3' some years ago, but did you check out our active dedicated E12 and E30 forum sections yet?!
