So got some 323 rear arms stripped down now before i replace everything for oem is there any upgrade options ?
Be nice to eliminate the shoes and all the old bits associated with them and have the handbrake use the caliper like a modern car.

It's with the rear calipers of VAG (Golf, Polo, A3, Ibiza) and Golf III front massive discs. In that way you have a proper grip on the disc instead of the little brake shoes on the inside of the disc.
