Some lovely photos.
Porsche 917 behind the 914 looks awesome. Gotta love the M1 flame outs too!
I've been watching the coverage on Motors channel and would love to go in 2012.

Thanks, it was a collection of amazing cars and most of them were used as they should
We hung out with some of the Motors cameramen, kind guys!
Anyway, I can definitely recommend the event but there's another one coming up in a month, the
German OGP, also worth while. And the Goodwood Revival is coming up as well, a bit closer to home for you I guess but I prolly can't make that one.

Three of those cars are looked after by the chaps next to me. The no 49 lister came back proper poorly and has to be ready for the Silverstone classic next weekend, there is a little bit of a panic on.

Cool stuff, hoping to get to the next Le Mans Classic myself. I'm a big fan of the Goodwood Revival, lucky I live so close I can go there on my push-bike and avoid the traffic!

Isn't it held every 2 years? So the next one will be in 2012.
What a great excuse to miss part of the Olympics (says the East London dweller)...

Yep, every 2 years is right. Quite fancy going and seeing 917's on the straights.

Thanks! Sure is one of my favorites and I guess the only chance of seeing a M1 racecar in action in the dark is Le Mans Classic. You'll have another chance at the 2012 edition but I can't wait that long and will check them out again at daylight in abt 2 weeks at the Ring...
