Santa Pod BMW show 28/9/14

Post by e21-Mark »

Have organised a stand at Santa Pod on the 28th.

http://www.bmwshow.co.uk/index.html

Following the same precedent as the Retro Rides Gathering, it will be ''E21 & friends''. All friends must still be BMW though obviously.

So is anyone up for going? I have a few days before I have to submit final numbers, so just post below if you can make it on the day.

Hoping Misky might add his name to Nas and Ben? It would be great to fire a few quick E21 up the strip.

Last time I ran up the strip I got a 12.78 sec @ 111.25 mph. :launch
So it shouldn't be slow

Far from it! I meant it would be good to send several fast ones up there.

I'm expecting the stand forms from Santa Pod today, so gives us a couple of days to get a definitive list together.

Would be good to see a few new faces too.

Hmm... Depending if the E30 3.5 has done it's headgasket this might be interesting, would love to run it up the strip. High compression E28 3.5, M10 box and 320i auto small case diff! I'm moving house so will have to see if I can make it.

Hope you can. Would be fun to see an M30 vs M52 drag.
