Yeah, I don't know, I guess I 'll do the same?
I don't want to pay them, especially because the way they do this is pure blackmailing isn't it?

Google drive maybe, but I intent to host the pics on my own site. That will cost me some euros, but no one can decide to get my pics offline...

A guy told me that the hand brake console (hand brake surround and centre arm rest) from E28 does not need any cutting in order to fit the E21
Does anyone know if this is true? iirc, the E24 one (which looks the same or almost) in photos, needs some cutting

Yeah I believe the E28 one will slot in very easily

Does anyone have any idea on fuel consumption figures for these engines?
Yes I know you will all understand that after swapping the 2.0 M10 in, now the "ouch" part started
Tried to see what the engine can do in the city and the best I managed so far is 14,5 lt/100km which is about 20mpg? Maybe less

What should I expect from a 2.0 with 300deg cam, 10,8-11:1 c/r, twin webers 40mm?

None?
I think I get about 13.5-15 lt/100km (=> 19-21 mpg) in the city at my best try (with a bit heavier flywheel as it is now I guess I could switch down a bit the 14.5 figure)
Isn't this ok for my 2.0 engine? I mean, factory gave 21,8-22 mpg city consumption for the uncompressed, non twin webered, and generally mild carbed 320, so I guess I am not too far from that.

Replaced my diff by a 3.45 open one.
Wanted to see two things: 1) If noise issues would be solved and 2) whether I like this ratio more than the 11-40
Still haven't driven the car a lot, due to lack of time.

First impressions:

1) Noise: Ok noise now is a bit less. Quieter but noise still there and different now, so I guess that (maybe finally the diff was normal) I either have one (or more) bearing (s) in need of replacement or poly bushes were a wrong choice. so we still have some future with this one...

2) LSD vs Open diff : The days after the replacement (when I first drove the car with the 3.45) were rainy in Athens. Now the car had less tendency to over steer (losing its rear). Last time I had driven in the rain with the LSD 3.64 this tendency was very high, I had to be ready to correct on all corners, which I understand is very pleasant, but can also be tiring sometimes. I am not sure however if this is due to LSD only, or also due to a very short ratio.

3) Ratio: As I haven't driven much, I am not ready to say something for sure. Yes the car is a bit more classy now, less aggressive as it was with the 3.64. I am not sure I feel this change as lack of power, though. The back of the seat may push now my back less than before, but the car seems to get higher speeds with less effort, or at least that's the initial impression. With the 3.64 I was smiling a lot, but I also had a feeling the car was "strangled" somehow, and that it had more to give. More to come on this subject, but I have a feeling I may soon be parting with the 3.64LSD diff.

If this attempt to post photo from flickr works then I have to start working on my older pics as well in order to give new life to my older posts:

It does.
Good.
And yes, these are my new wheels.

After lots of conversations with several people, (and yes Jeroen, many thanks for your precious help) this passed a lot of yes and no's, I cancelled the order and then revived it. Now here they are, and they seem to be ok!

Hopefully soon on the car
