Hi All,

Here is my new e21, and this is how i first saw her, being a 323 I hope to keep her and fix her up and use as a daily drive.....she is a non runner and needs all fuel lines and parts and proberly a new engine, as she not been on the road for about 20 years tax disk dated back to 93... but the body work is ok and no weilding needed or done.. so far i have the wings replaced and fuellines and new tanks in, I hope to do a engine upgrade and hav'nt decided on which on yet.
here are the pics so far. 7151/6653402693_261f1cdb9f_z.jpg[/img]

Now it's working. Nice find with 20 years in a garage and the 2.8 will make her a nice toy, enough experience with similar conversions on the forum already

Yes that would be a great helping hand, no doubt that we will need some parts. Good call.

thought id update the thread. Lee ended up sending me this car to sort out. So for the last couple of months or so I have been extensively restoring this car (mechanically), I did the m52 engine swap and got it MOT'd - the car is hilariously fast because it looks a bit rough and ready so no one really expects it :launch :)

Theres a ton of other pics, but you get the idea.. This car wont need any mechanical stuff for a long time to come.

And i love the way the exhaust hisss and roars when im burning down the track...so Big Thank You Nas80. Im really looking forwards to having time off to giving it my care.
Its has been a really rough time to getting this car to this...as you will know all those restoring your own cars..but when i took it to nas s everything seemed to go smoothly and i really should have taken it to him in the first place. Im plan to leave the car like this for a while and maybe just enjoy it this summer...perhaps a resprey next year.

Hopefully you wont get bored of the power too quickly! :) Getting a car back on the road that hasnt been driven since 1992 was a challenge. Obviously with a little bit of time and effort on the bodywork, getting those alpina stickers off the wings and giving it a machine polish would make the car look instantly 10x better.

defo try and make that show Mark is talking about (as ill be going to that show myself), it would be nice to finally meet you in person!
