4000km, no burnouts, just
overall the kumho ku36 is a good performance tyre for the e21 and this power/torque, when you get it warm, its perfect, not insincere if you get it to slide, the direction stays ok. Overheating does not occure. Only problem is air temperatures 10-15 degrees, then it can dance in higher gears also.
Tried the federal RSR but it is too soft and whole pieces of the tire were missing after a hard drive. It works from the start well also when its colder, overheats easily.

I love it when a plan comes together, found new old stock front hood OEM BMW (20 year old stock) for 20% the regular price
now I have all the parts for the painter.

Re: BMW E21 327i (Looniticz INC)
I'm back...due to unforseen trouble with the guy working on my E21 (fenders and sideskirts needed changing) - well that lasted from 15.11.2015 up to 15.6.2016 so I'm only 2 days on the road this year...Long story short, do it yourself or dont do it at all.
As I have now a car lift in my new workshop I can show the car from under also
new semislicks, 205/45/16 front and 215/45/16 rear - front is now madly responsive and now its not pushing over the nose in really tight turns. Car got a lot faster due to the change to semislicks

finally sorted out the oil temp issue, changed from Motul 15w60 to Liqui Moly 15w60...before oil temp went over 130 on hard drives, now its between 100-110 max that I hit was on 32 degree outside day 120 degree temp which is acceptable.

Re: BMW E21 327i (Looniticz INC)
Austrian Alps (Karnten) - a short 2 days trip, 750km...because we got the Kartnen Card for free, we didnt had to pay 80€ admission for all 4 mountain roads.
Nockalmstrasse, too many bikers, I overtook about 15-20 of them then got to another bunch, stopped and rather took some pictures
they leave the cows go free over the road, brakes check...ok
sadly we met on the opposite side
day 2 : malta alpenstrasse (the only "pass" that was worth visiting from the tourist aspect)
hotel on 2000m
goldegg panorama strasse (poop)
found a Z1 on the top
villacher alpenstrasse - as the weather went to bad, no bikers on this road and I could open the M20 to the fullest
thats it, E21 runs perfect in any condition...see you on the next trip
