VW Scirocco II
I took the corner at high speed, came in the ditch, drove straight through a garden, flipped over 4 times and then I lost control of my steering-wheel!

So many car parts being used for other cars, and most times the more exotic examples to keep the cost down. Here's a Venturi rear that clearly shows the tail lights

I'll grant you they look really similar, but having owned and broken a couple of mk2 Roccs, I can guarantee they're different!

Shame though, that'd have got you to an Aston martin, that uses Scirocco rear lamps!

Wonder if a Scirocco lamp will fit though?

who is going to try?

another problem that I see is that the lights are not 2 piece, so fitting to a E21 can be a slight problem.

I might buy a single light and see if the lens can be separated? Just as a bit of fun / idle curiosity.

Not at this price though! :screwy

I think it could come out interesting, as on the aston martin, the gap between the lights is smaller and it makes the car more massive.

Report if you'll do the chop chop part :takepicture

I took one of these around Silverstone in period- simply the fastest car I have ever driven- had carbon brakes which operate the opposite to a Camaro with old steel brakes- you have to warm them up by braking over a longer distance ( say hanger straight)! Camaro brakes you want to use as little as possible in one last minute shove!

Quite beautifully made - plenty of room with integral rollcage- warning lights work back to front (French eh!) as well
Suddenly saw a yellow light on dash marked "Presion"- crawled around v slowly to pits- yes that is the Oil Light sure enough- but that means oil pressure is OK!!

Their weakness was the gearbox I seem to remember- but 600 bhp and under 1000 kgs made for fun................

Nice! And the design isn't half bad either!

Anyway, any other suggestions? There should be one or two more?!
