It’s much better although I have the dreaded ‘e21 shimmy’
It’s quite bad at 60 - 70mph tracking and balancing is good so I’ve ordered some new steering rack mounts

Yup and you might need some fresh sway bar bushes as well. What I did, and reduced my shimmy to zero, is close in the trailing arms so it can't more forward and backwards anymore. Used some old sway bar o-rings (believe 2 each side) and drilled them out by a few more mm so they go over the aluminum part that sticks out of the sway bar bushing in the TCA. Uncommon mod but very happy with it and not a single side effect found in the past 10 years!
