|
|
As you all know i have poly bushes in my e21, i got them made by a local company and i am prepared to get a run of them made but i need at least 10 orders worldwide.
Previously i got the stabiliser bar "D" bushes and the stabiliser to lower control arm bushes made. i didnt bother with the inner control to subframe bushe because of the design it would have involved alot of modification.
So anybody who wants a set of D bushes and stabiliser to control bushes, put your name down here. Price will be around $50 Australian + postage to your part of the world.
-----------------------
Almost any bush made in rubber can be made in polyeurethane. if you have something in particular you would like made then let me know. I was thinking of getting the steering shaft flexible rubber disk made and maybe engine mounts.
But lets take one step at a time.
Post here for the front bushes _________________ Niall Phillips------The bmw traitor

got 2 possible orders so far, any more?
Here are the pics as requested.
The yellow bar is the stabiliser bar. The big red bushes i call the lower control arm /stabiliser bar bushes. they are a 2 peice bush and require no special tools to install . the old bmw bushes will need to be removed in a press/vice or i can tell you how to cut them out, if you do not have access to that equipment
The other bushes in the clamp are the stabiliser "D" bushes. they require no special tools to install.
The kit comes with 6 bushes in total. which is what is required for one vehicle. included in the kit is 2 big washers for the lower control bushes and some assembly grease.
Price is 60 dollars AUS plus postage to your part of the world , thats i f i have less than 10 orders initially
over 10 orders price is 55 dollars plus postage.
I will offer a 1 year warranty against pre-mature failure due to manufacturing fault.
Personally i have had my bushes installed since 2005 with no problems. _________________ Niall Phillips------The bmw traitor

Hello niall,
I have a set superpro bushes ready for my car but I see you have some bushings that are not in the kit. The bushes I don't have are those on the second picture.. Can you sell me only these or do I have to take a complete set?

hey tonberry do u seriously want 3 sets?
And verdi, i can send u the 2 "D" bushes for $20 AU plus postage
Unfortunately i cannot give postage costs untill the items are made because i do not know the weight of the kit.
As a ball park figure, 10AU anywhere in AUS, and 25 to 30AU worldwide.
Discounts available for multiple orders. but as i said i cannot quote untill items are made _________________ Niall Phillips------The bmw traitor
