Blue clutch hose

Post by uwbuurman »

For my current project I want to changes alle the hoses under the bonnet, including the blue textile covered hose that runs from the brakefluid reservoir to the master clutch cilinder.

BMW has the part 21521163714 still in their program, but that is black, not blue. I want it original, so I need blue hose.

Anyone here who has an alternative?

https://www.ebay.de/i/124223911924?chn=ps, Or same spare part from another supplier. This is 8mm inside, and BMWs black on is 7,5. I wonder, though if the original from ATE would not have been 8 mm everywhere :-)

Omg, I found the hose. VAG indeed. Sorry I did not post that here.

Old hose:

But I had to cut the old hose off of the booster. Guess what...

So I cleaned that old hose. Look at that. 100% spot on...
