Ah ok! I was just curious. A few years ago I've done a little round trip in the center of Portugal, starting in Lisbon, taking inland routes towards Leiria and then back to Lisbon along the coast. Planning to go again this year but then it's going to be the south. I guess there should be a 3rd trip one day to visit the north!

Going south you'll get higher temperatures, good for beach tourism.
Going north you'll get different sights, more typical food, atlantic beaches and mountain at the same time!
And you've got to visit Oporto :cheers

... and bring the E21 and do this :driving :

Hello Pedro, welcome here.

There is a lot of E21 knowlegde here around, and that helps alway. Nice to see such a mint org car in the south of Europe, very rare. PeterV. is the best when it's about the 4A1 Solex. Keep this beauty as original as possible.

We've done it, it was our most fantastic journey ever, stayed 4 weeks camping in north, middle and south of Portugal.

Hi Bertje,
My main goal is to maintain it the most original possible. As an example, I was looking for some Recaro seats but (at least for now) I abandoned the idea because I couldn't find the original version of the E21 and I didn't want to put some other Recaros (although some Opel versions are very identicall...). And for what I've researched the version of my E21 didn't came with Recaros...

In relation to your journey :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup
4 weeks and north to south, I can say that you problably know Portugal better than some Portuguese :D
