E12 Wheel identification.

Post by Joew23 »

Hi All,

I recently ended up with these set of wheels complete with caps. with a little research i believe them to be factory M535i wheels and the wider version as well. can anyone confirm this for me?

14" BBS Mahle wheels for the E12 indeed. 5-lug bolt pattern. Can't see if they are 6.5 or 7 J's. Nothing specific M535 about them afaik.

Thanks for the info, They are 7J I believe. I was told they came off an M535i but as you say I suppose there is nothing specific about them.

Unfortunately they don’t fit any of my cars, so I took a bit of a gamble on them.

Are they particularly desirable? I’m not too clued up on E12 stuff. so if anyone can let me know what I should look to sell them for that would be great!
