Re: Manifold for 2.5i
you will need an E21 323i manifold, downpipes, middle box and the two back boxes!!

Ah i've just fitted twin tailpipes on the left handside lol, anyway i can connect to them?
Re: Manifold for 2.5i
nothing wrong with the 320/6 exhaust manifolds, mine uses the 320/6 manifolds down pipes and center box.
just need to die grind the manifold out a bit to the 325i exhaust port size or youll have a 3mm step all round as you go from the head to the mani.

Re: Manifold for 2.5i
did you just weld up the hole that feeds exhaust gases to the carb then?
Re: Manifold for 2.5i

Re: Manifold for 2.5i
Do you mean the vent pipe that goes from the inlet manifold?
Re: Manifold for 2.5i
it goes from the airbox on top of the carb to the exhaust manifold.

Maybe cold start or some such shananigans? Roll on injection!!
Re: Manifold for 2.5i
yeah something about that, and stopping the carb from freezing up in cold weather! too right, cant wait
