oh please do a write up on the brakes you have used, im running porsche split rims and would love to be able to ditch the adaptors and just run porshe parts up front

really like your air intake idea, looks very factory and im sure will have good airflow there

Great conversion! The car will be an absolute rocket with that motor... I would think there is a fair bit more power left in the motor above what they are from factory too.

What radiator have you used there? looks very neat.

well done

very nice! i was going to ask which rad that is as well - what I ended up doing was finding an rally spec mk2 escort one that fits in the gap perfect, yours looks like it is from something else?

best first post ive seen on this website so far lol.

love the brakes, did you do the work yourself?

Very nice build you did.

Glad you have chosen for the right brake setup with that kind of power.

The radiator comes from E30 325. The front wall has to a bit modify to fit it.
I have to remove the factory visco fan and install a Spal fan . Now I have 10mm between the fan and the water pump.

The factory enginer ECU is removed. I use a programable standalone ECU with Vanos controller.
All work is made myself with some friend help :)

The tube bending was pretty hard work :D

To reach this stage took me 4 years. The hardest part was finding the proper standalone ECU.
Here a video of the first start up.

your car looks awesome. one thing i noticed that i wanted to mention was the exhaust wrap. that stuff is great for keeping temps down but it can really kill your exhaust with rust. had a buddy who used it and after about a year he couldnt figure out why his car was running rough, sure as shit, there was a rust spot in his manifold that was about the size of a dime

We have made an aluminium powercoat for the tubes and the muffles. The header is stainless steel.
I am planning to make a complete stainless exhaust system if it will passing the dynotest.
