Anyone know if 2002tii recaros bolt straight into an e21?

Also what about the back seat, is that straight fit?

2002's had seatbelt buckles mounted on the trans tunnel like early e21's . From about 79/80 e21's had the seatbelt buckles mounted on the sides of the seats .....those front seats on ebay look like they would fit a e30 better than either a 2002 or e21....edd
