320i drive shaft

Hello! I haven't been searching this forum in a while considering Ive been working on 02's but I got a question.
I put an m20 turbo in my 2002 and Im using the 320i drive shaft. Im in college and on a budget and I want to replace the U joints but its going to cost 350 because they need to machine the U joints since they are non serviceable. Does any year e21 have serviceable u joints? Does anyone sell serviceable drive shafts for cheaper?
