Bought another motor yesterday....

Post by Mobster »

911 Carrera 2. 3.6. Midnight blue with White Leather. 1994 (last of the 964 Air Cooled). Have had my eye on this car for years. It has been stood in a garage for approx 10 years.

My wife flipped. I told her that she told me, she would leave me if i bought another BMW, so i bought a Porsche. She said, since she told me that, i have bought 7 BMW's. Hmmmm.

I will post some pictures when i collect from Cheshire next week.

Congrats, I always buy a bunch of flowers.
Works fine until.. :D
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Hi

The car was only delivered on Wednesday. The car has been parked for so long, that it was a mission getting it out of its abode of the past 10 years however it is safely parked in myh brothers garage now. I love it. I would have preferred if it was a manual, but not to worry. We havent started it yet...in fact, i think we are going to give it to someone who knows what they are doing. I dont think this is going to be a simple case of hooking up a fresh battery and firing her up.
The White leather is in near perfect condition and it has a full Porsche history.

Watch this space.
