Stanley knife is much more suitable. Or I could bring scalpels local anaesthetic etc and do it at the workshop :D

He's doing the engine in my unit, unfortunately I was planning to be there all day next two days pottering about, doing Baur springs and brakes and sorting out all my stuff so tools etc were to hand. "Sadly" there's some problems at work so once again I will be going in to do a load of extra work starting tomorrow. Boyd will find the place and the lads will offload the engine, I will be available at the weekend for the scheduled engine swap, but I'll be trying to sort Baur springs/brakes at the same time.

It'll be fine I'm sure.

Engine delivered today, I was at work so haven't seen it. Spoke to Boyd on my way home from work this evening, he says the ECU casing is a bit dented after a wheel got dropped on it so he's posting a spare to me tomorrow AM just in case there are any problems with it.

Murran I may be hiring you to do my spring/brake fettling, while you are at the unit you should speak to Jason about that VW caravelle he wanted the engine doing on, I think he still wants it doing and is happy to pay for it doing. If you can do landys he has his 110 semi dismantled and a collection of series 2's awaiting fettling. I'll make sure he knows you are available for hire to do work on Sundays, as long as that's the case!

Be seeing you at the weekend chaps, have invited Alan (Creedon) down too as he lives about half a mile away. Arshad may drop in too - maybe we make it Northern Monkeys 2!
