couple of new issues

1)the heaters arnt heating up properly.
the screen demister gets slightly warm but no other vents do they stay cold no matter what settings its on.
any ideas on what it could be?

2)where can i get the rubber carb mount from?
(1983 316. 1.8)its to fit a weber if that makes a difference

This calls for a pic to clarify perhaps, only the dark arrows represent heated air...

i see.
that is a very unusual design.and explains part of the issue.
any ideas why its not getting hot even on the demister vents?
