Well, here in Athens we sometimes need to use it!
Last evening I did. The sound came out a bit... I don't know how to describe this, tired? Sick? Not the horn I know of.
Might it just be a matter of rust? Does anyone think things might get better if I used some WD40 on it?

Probably poor contact on back of steering wheel. Five minute job to unbolt, remove and clean. Failing that, try spinning the fuse!
