Black rubber on the front bumper need fixing

Hi people

Any help on how to fix the black rubber going around the front bumper on e21? The screw seems to be rusty and started to peel of on drivers side

A screw? Normally there should be bolts at the back side so out of sight, that slide inside some kind of rail at the back of the rubber, they can be replaced separately. But perhaps some dumbo tried to put a screw through it to keep it in place the easy way? Photo?
