Cross threaded bolt

I keep cross threading on one wheel bolt hole on the rear wheel what can I do to fix this

Try taking the drum off, pick a wheel bolt with good thread, lube the thread and work the bolt in back and forth from the back side of the drum. In theory the thread further in should be undamaged so will align your bolt up correctly from the reverse side, and if you keep winding it back and forth a little more each time, you might find that it massages the damaged thread back to a useable state.

Failing that, you could try a tap of the correct size, but that'll most likely remove material, meaning the thread in that hole wil be weakened and torquing that bolt up will always be a bit risky. Drilling, tapping, and helicoiling it might end up being your only option short of replacing the drum.

If I replace it's not the actual drum it's the hub on the inside,helicoil is a bit of a risky one I've done it before it worked but was scary lol that sounds like a plan the one bolt I used was a new one and it made a little bit of a mess of it so yuh il try greasing it up

Oh yeah DUH! it's the Hub not the drum! Still on VW mode.....

You will need to retap it. M12x1.5. . Or worst case new hub.
