mystery bracket

Can anyone post a photo showing exactly where bracket #4 below fits in the dashboard? I had mine all apart and back together and still can't figure out where it goes.

Hi David, goes in the glovebox.



See just right of the center part. Screwed on to the steel beam, where the glovebox goes
