1975 BMW 316 (prefacelift) leaking heater core

Hello,

I'm having problems with my heater core, it's leaking. I took the HVAC apart and took the heater core out. Maybe someone has had this problem before? If so, I would appreciate if someone could help me find a new one or fix my old one. I'm from Lithuania.

Just like with a regular radiator, these all die one day. We'd need a VIN to be sure, but you should also be able to find markings on the heater core to find out if it's made by Behr or Sofica, and these are not interchangeable. Probably available still. If the car has AC, it will have a different setup.

The car has no AC. It's a sofica (T31001) radiator (13588761). Maybe you have some suggestions where to start my search? Because I tried to search for this heater on my own but I can only find E30 or facelift E21 heater cores with both inlet and outlet on the same side, my heater core has inlet on one side and outlet on the other.
