Hi Marcus, welcome here and we'd definitely like to help taking a look at this car, or in general to help you find a nice E21!
Link appears to be dead but here is an active link: https://www.autoscout24.com/offers/bmw- ... 21abb4d6e5
To be honest I don't see much that gives me the idea this is a original Hartge car. Lacks the Hartge front spoiler, Hartge only did a 323iRS and 335i back then, interior is from a 4 cylinder. The big plus should be the engine, but there is not a single picture of engine or engine bay.
So basically I see what could be a 323i originally, and possibly was equipped with a later type Motronic M20 engine. It would not be the first conversion with a stock 325i engine, a Hartge valve cover and a fairytale.
If there aren't many more rust spots (trunk!) and the conversion was done nicely, you'd have a nice drivers' car for this money. But this is about market value then in my opinion, not a bargain.

Thanks Jerone,
On some other site they stated that it was a 2.7 kit. I'm afraid they took a 315 and converted it to whatever.
I doubt that the car has a proper historic registration.
Will check it carefully on Saturday.

I'll go with Jeroen and dislike this car for how it is being offered. Sounds like a bunch of parts thrown together, magic stick wave and out comes a Hartge something.
