BMW Netherlands photo for promoting the 315 for 1983. Clearly they didn't have a 315 on hand so they debadged a 316 or 318i.

Haha right! It has caps on the bumpers instead of the naked bolts.

Chrome trim on the side. And I don't know if the 1983 models did have the standard optional right side mirror or not.

You mean that the chrome trim on my ex-315 was an option or added later?
