Looks nice. What is the interior like. I am assuming that it is the 5 Speed Auto. This is the ETA so fuel economy should be decent. Looks like a Lux model with the rear headrest. Does it have front individual armrests.
The E28, if you can get one that isnt rotten, is a very good car....almost bullet proof. They have common problems ie Sills, inner wings, arches, pictures can be decieving but yours look nice. Tappets can sometimes be noisey on the 2.7 Head.
I think you have done well here. Is this going to be your daily drive...ie Auto.

I've been really lucky as it's one of the most solid e28's I have ever seen. Also had a full engine rebuild at Munich Legends.
Has a couple of tiny scabs on 1 rear arch and behind sunroof but Mick @ Pristine is going to be sorting it out.
Yep, has the armrests and an awesome sounds system too!

Will be mint once these bits are done.

Noticed that my wheels were already looking a bit tired after a winter of snow, rain and salt so decided to give them a bit of a clean with the stuff from spautopia. I had treated them a while back with the protection stuff and all I used today was a bucket of soapy water and a tiny bit of polish. I didn't even break a sweat!

Thanks to m3gaz for hooking me up with the T-pieces I need for the Volvo calipers.

The 525 is coming home on Monday and the first job is to fit a pair of rear discs (£36 from Euro Car Parts). The insurance was cheaper than the 316 somehow so I just swapped cars on the same policy and the difference was used as the charge for the paperwork.
Despite the fact that I have not really used the 316 as much as I should have, I took it for a final run to the south coast and back. 140 miles in 3 hours - never missed a beat.
Came back and thought I'd see how it looks with the yellow headlight covers?
I like it.

So it'll nearly ready to go to its enthusiastic new owner on Sunday although it'll be getting a good wash'n'wax first. I am going to miss having it sat out there though.
