moved my no 2 project from my storage unit to go home ready for strip down. dog box and lsd to come out.

Rubbing down, followed by some rubbing down and then a bit more rubbing down.

Saw Aydin's 323i (which is a car I've always liked and it reminds me of an identical 323i sport??, that I missed out on back in the early 90's) It all looks pretty much stock, but as if it just left the dealership. It's got what equates to a 2.9 m20 though, so it'll have some proper grunt. :thumbsup

I cut a hole in the trunk and cut away some unnecessary stuff, only a 2 beer job.

I took mine to get its exhaust made.......and if everything goes to plan after a year of building it i might actually get to drive it to castle combe this weekend

Drove it for the first time today, maybe only 30ft and very slowly but i still drove it!!! Well excited!!!

i insured mine today, £98 for the year with 5000 mile allowance, get in sub £100 insurance for the year. i think this is the first time my insurance costs less than 6 months tax

i went on compare the market and it came up with flux insurance although the top 5 were all under £200

awesome - I spent last night packing a load of un necessary tools and bits n bobs in preparation. cant wait to burn around the track.

Remember to take it easy at first and take a break after the warm up/ducks'n'drakes laps while the knobheads go out to spin crash or break their diffs ;o)
