Thanks Jim. As much as I'd like to take credit for the painting, it's a local garage doing that work. My contribution has been mainly biscuits and funds!!
Final coats are on, re-assembly has started...

Exciting stuff.
Make sure your steering column is correctly assembled and has the locking bolt in it (even though it can't come apart anyway) that caused me an MOT fail when I rebuilt that Baur convertible. Also properly check all the bulbs - was quite embarrasing when the MOT man said they weren't working but actually my rear lights HAD NO BULBS IN!
