I used that same engineering firm to do me an air-box. Looks sweet.

starter.... whichever you have 21 or 30 doesnt matter.
alternator..... same deal.
you do need an e21 water pump and dump that metal pipe. use a selection of e21 and e30 coolant pipes. on an e21 pump the smaller of the two goes to the expansion tank. on an e30 six pot the tank pipe comes from a "T" in the middle of one of the heater matrix pipes running under the manifold.
dont worry about the pressure. worry about the amount it can of fuel pump. pressure is created by restrictions to the flow of fuel.
the 325i pressure reg is what 3.0bar? e21 or e30 pump can easily do that.

murran, the 323i fuel pump is capable of running a 2.7, i was running a 323i fuel pump on a 2.7 back in 1992 in reality the motronic can handle the pressure of 3 bar upwards but only in engine modfication purposes, if pushing the bar too high then it can cause fire risking the fuel pipe to burst as the pipeline is under pressure from fuel delivery and also eventually clog the the pintle holes in the injectors, ive seen it, to get away with that, best fit E36 injectors with same impediance 328i that has 4 pintle holes relieveing the injectors without leakage and also car will run smoother once you get the car on the C02 machine.. All these FSE power boost valves are nothing but shit, i have one that i took out of my car yesterday but wasnt connected to my engine for couple years- there dangerouse specially the chinese shit ones on ebay, soon as you bolt up, your car is in flames.....

yeah but the injector rail will never see more than 3 bar. the pressure valve just sends anything over that back to the tank. the only issue on fuel pressure would be if there wasnt enough pressure to get 3 bar at the release valve but the 323i pump is stronger than that e30 shite

it can matey, when i connected the FSE ive got a bar gauge on it and i boosted it up to 10 bar by mistake and you can see the f*** fuel pipe slightly expanding, and the car was idling up and down, fluctuating... not a very good idea... stick to 2.5 or 3.bar from an M30 engine if you want a little more responsive smooth drive....

well if you have an FSE which is an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and not the standard one surely you had it set wrong at 10 bar.

tommi, i set the bar to 2.5/3.0 originally then turned it up cos the reading wasnt showing to cater for my engine fuel response then it showed 10 bar and turned it down after 2 minutes then my dick of a mate "new what he was doing" turned it up looking at the lbs in pressure whacked up whilst i was doing something else and the car didnt sound right i got out and i saw the f*** fuel pipes pulsating like a heart beat i thought WHAT? and looked at the guage and was 10 bar, i nearly smacked him in his chops the wanker i set it right the first time but as the car was rumbling the oil filled guage wasnt showing the correct reading, i adjusted back down to 2.5/3.0 bar in between and was sweet..... but after that i heard loads of stories and pictures.. the FSE fuel regulator on the unit has a rubber seal around it, well then can leak and when spurting fuel out and goes on the trusted 6 branch your got seconds to evacuate out of the car before it goes up like the starship enterpise
Ive got an FSE for sale, the gauge costed me extra £20 with all adapters!!! good for a turbo and supercharger setup if upgrading the injectors!!! anyone?????

well yeah it will run as much pressure as what you adjust it to but with a standard regulator it doesnt matter how much pressure your fuel pump can supply it will always be the same.
adjustable fuel pressure regulators and massive injectors....... old skool turbo charging

this chap isnt using an adjustable pressure guage...... neither would i
more fuel + no extra air = shit.
e30 318i in tank pump or the standard 323i pump. they both will work and do the job.

un sure of which power steering pump tbh. logic says use the e21 pump.
alternator, use the one that works and is most convenient. doesnt really matter.

yeh i used the e21 steering pump in the end, i had so much trouble srewing the pipe into the e30 pump because the pipe screws in at an 45degree angle and it was touching the chassis arm.

If you mean from the oil cooler to the engine, there will be two outlets on the oil filter fitting, so the two hoses from the oil cooler will connect straight up to them.
