No idea of mileage with mine, mostly between 130K mile and 155K miles, I never really think about it, but then again it's been a LONG time since I drove an E21 on the road.

Mine has done 245000km now, but engine only 95000.
Everything underneath is replaced so ready for the next 250000 and with 5000 a year i might have a time issue in my life span

highest miled BMW i saw was an E39 with over 600k miles. i was rather shocked. the thing looked, sounded, and drove like a car with 50k miles. was a silky 530i with that lovely straight 6

good man
I'm using it semi daily at present, as the Luger's the long-term project and the Rover's getting polybushed and other small bits doing. 1200 miles since late March, on a car that's done 2000 miles in the last
seven years.

2k in 7 years

looking at the service history for my car, it's never done less than about 1k over the period of a year, but it never was doing mega miles even from new. i did about 1800 miles in a little under 2 years before i got it. suddenly to be doing that in less than 2months
it was built to be driven.

It's the same thing with me...Normally I am doing around 2k (km, not miles) per year, but recently, I decided that years are passing by without me enjoying my car, so I started taking her more often...result: last 3 months I did 3k (including a 750 km trip)

trust me, it will make a world of difference once set up sweetly. i still remember getting my car back after it's weber conversion and the 5 speed box conversion. the result was quite a different car!

Our e21 odo stopped at 140k before we bought it, so no idea.
The e12 stopped at 116k in 1996.
My Mustang shows "37093" but that could be "137093" or even "237093", no one knows.
Once bought a little Ford Laser at 273,000 and sold it on 295,000 3 months later (made money too!). Little guy was going strong until the teenager I sold it to drove into a guard rail.
Sold my Mazda 3 at 185k but it's suspension was on the verge of collapse!
