Right guys, if anyone wants to meet up for the journey down there are 2 meeting points. The first is the car-park @ Kingston Gate of Richmond Park at 7.30am which is when the gates open.

At 7.40am sharp we will be heading off down the A3 to the BP garage that's just South of the M25 where we'll be meeting up with a few other cars ( Z4's, e46 M3, 635 etc ). We'll leave there about 8.15 - 8.30 and head down to Goodwood.

After the Goodwood event a few of us are going for a drive around some of Sussex' excellent driving roads ending up at the Willow Cafe which is a bit like Sussex answer to the Ace Cafe. You're all welcome to come along. Maybe you could bring your cameras too as its always good to see photos from events like these are there's a good selection of cars going.

No go for me, still not had a chance to swap out my oil pump and sump.

ive finished my steering link and done some final touches. and now have no known issues so am going to make the leap and drive my largely untested car the 5 and a half hours down to southampton the night before and set off from my mates uni halls first thing in the morning to the show.

Thats if my car makes it of course.

Hmm annoying thing is i'm not doing anything so could go, but i'd be in the golf and no one i know round here seems up for it so would be a boring road trip alone...what time are you expecting people to start heading home mark?

Just in the door from a good day out and 228 mile round trip. Saw some great cars today. m3gaz's car looks lovely with the new paint and Nas should be congratulated on an awesome conversion that's been done to a really high standard of finish! I took a few pics which I'll post later.

Just got in myself - 500 mile round trip :p car didnt miss a beat! in fact it feels brilliant now the ecu has fully learnt its map. I cruised at a fair wack all the way with the sunroof open, stereo on and a good friend to keep me company. Thats what going to shows is all about for me.. the drive there n back lol.

It was nice to see you lot again.. as I said - must find a decent show up north for you lot to come to one day!

Cheers for the props Mark, glad you like, its not totally finished yet I still have to make it all pretty such as hide all the wiring and put some more shiny stuff in there.

Jetta looked awesome. I thought my car was bright till I saw that!
