They go new for £250 and used for about £80-£100 or so on ebay. The rebuild kit cost me £25 and was only done a few months ago (have the receipts). I'm not desperate to sell so I won't let it go at a massive loss - I think £160 + P&P inc. the manifold, adapter plate etc (everything you need to fit to an E21) is a fair price. It's also been jetted for an M10.
I'm still in two minds whether to keep it if I ever want to go back to carb from injection so I'm afriad I won't budge below this - but if it is out of your price range, as I say you can find good used examples on ebay for £80 or so.
