If they're in good nick then yeah?
Kinda don't want to replace old for old though, or are they relatively new?

face lift control arms can be fitted to pre facelift cars but need the antiroll bar and the engine crossmember off the facelift car to work....

Thought someone said it was just the ARB?
Didn't know anything about the crossmember?

I might even have a 323 ARB you can have?

Yeah, the ones in that link seem to be right.

Could you have a look, and if so, how much would you be after?
I'd happily upgrade to the 323 ARB, as I'll just get later control arms and some Polybushes, which I'm pretty sure Jamie said he had some of.

I'll check in the morning.
I mailed C3 for you and they can get yours in a few days for £76 each.

I've got a spare 323 ARB here which you can have for free. It's quite heavy though. Where are you based? A friendly forum member might be able to help out in getting it to you?

pic of early (top) and later(bottom) crossmembers .. arms connect to crossmember closer to front of car on later cars with later arms (early cars have straight crossmember)...hence crossmember needed as well as arms and antiroll bar to fit later control arms

Can anyone confirm if I will need a crossmember or not?
Mark, would you post it if I cover all your costs?

Yes, although Nas might bring it back with him if you ask nicely.

Just looked at this recommendation - prices look good @ £21.17 each. Don't know the manufacturer
Firstline & although I specified a 1982 E21 in the compatibility check, it says 'E21 [1975-1984]' (clearly not right) & in the specifics it says 1975-1978 (obviously the pre-facelift model).
I'm reluctant to order with the details being so ambiguous & contradictory.
All other prices seem to be the same or higher than Walloth & Nesch. Shame I didn't order at the same time as the top mounts.
Wasn't there a post that was looking at replaceable balljoints for the control arms?
