If you can undo and tighten a bunch of bolts up then I cannot see how you could possibly fail.
Obviously make sure you seal and tighten the diff rear cover and put the right oil in it.
Don't have the space to do this, sorry.
I am not THAT scared
besides, almost everything is written(or can be found) in here,
Will ask my mechanic to do this

But NO one has ever tried anything similar? fit a rather long diff to a smaller engined car?
To tell me their experiences?

Maybe be the first and try it yourself? If everybody thougt like you, America would have never been discovered
