Ah I see - that's very helpful, thank you. That's the part I was trying to explain earlier, I think I'll email the supplier (Webcon) to find out if they can recommend a replacement / improved throttle wheel for my unit....

Re the pedal stop.... did you lower/shorten it then?

First I removed it, but in the end I actually had lengthen it sligthly. I just user some threaded M8 (or M10?) steel rod.

When I said longer travel, I was comparing to the universal kit which had very short travel.

I see.

When I bought the Weber carb kit it wasn't supplied with a new accelerator wheel, I had to utilise the original bmw one.
