Yeah, thats a top-nptch e21 Rasmus!! Great colour, nice wheels, and so shiny! The dash looks great with the extra dials too.

But are those reflectors between the front wheel and the indicator a US thing? I think I've only seen them on US BMWs.

Cheers

I'll just go and answer that one for Rasmus...

It's actualy a Danish thing. They're not reflectors, but indicators. In Denmark - and some other European countries - we're required to have side-indicators on our cars too.

Aah! - yes. I think I recall that Peter (Bavaria) had this on his e21 - he's Danish isn't he?

The e30 has those side indicators standard, but I just noticed that the e12 does not! Drivers to the side of me would only be able to see the small part of the indicator that curls around the front bumper. The e21 has the indicators on the side of the headlights, so it is not too much of a problem; but the e12 has the indicators at the bottom, on the bumper, so this is a little inconspicuous for drivers alongside if I am changing lanes - I'll have to be aware of this in future! 8)

Thanks for the info!

Cheers
Mathew

Why get new friends Rasmus?

I've got a much better idea - keep your friends, but just educate them a bit...
