The guys from the local Car glass-dealer stopped by and put in a new frontwindow...
The hoodlocks was sandblasted and primer put on...
New speedo? Naaah, only need the tachometer...
Problems with the carburetors, Pier-burg sucks... Need a Weber 32/36 carburetor for now...
First day out since paint...
See, it works...
Not really happy about this, I might buy new ones...
New doorhandles from BMW E12 also ordered, same fit only in chrome as the E21...
Last picture of the car for today...
I also get the brackets for the seat welded on, and won this engine on ebay...

Today's update after a toilet-visit after MrJ's comment... ;D
First I have to say that I will now buy the engine since it's just a fake one... So carburetors and cam will do I hope...
Lot's of parts arrived today, not much missing now...
Tried on some wheels today...
The brackets for the seats is also welded on place...
The car is almost finish outside, missing chrome-doorhandles from BMW E12 and some parts to fit the bumpers...
Inside, well I have to get my seat fixed first...
Maybe I should try on the Porsche Gullideckel's, never seen that on a BMW...

The doorhandles from the old 5-series (E12) arrived...
A lot of parts needed to fit the bumpers... :-X
Some clips are still missing to get the list on, but I tried it on the car anyway...

I been in hospital the last 3 weeks, got pneumonia in both lungs so I'm really tired now. Hope to get well soon, getting better every day though.
Not much happens naturally, but I've got rubber on the rims for the BMW today. Think it will look OK, have to try them on tomorrow.
