Josh,

That must have been a fun run! A little payback for a trip to Toledo.

You and the guy in the 323 must have had more thrills than spending a whole day on the roller coasters at Cedar Point.

Thanks for the performance info and I hope you are pleased with the results of all your work. Your car is way beyond a stock 320i.

Best, Mike

I just recently mounted an air fuel ratio meter in my center console. Its a great way to help tune in fuel gremlins, and good insurance as well. i made the panel out of some 1/2" thick foam insulation board and some marine grade vinyl I had lying around the garage. Here are some updated interior pics.

Welcome!

Your car is absolutely stunning!

Btw, what are those jet fighter buttons under your stereo do? Can you eject your passenger with it? :D

Thanks! The "jetfighter" switches are for accessories and ignition. In the process of swapping all the parts from my first E21 to this one I broke the switch on the back of the ignition cylinder. I had it rigged for awhile until it let loose and left me stranded at a friend's house 2 hours from home. I tried to rig things up again to no avail so I bought some switches and a start button to hot wire it. The start button is mounted where the factory fog light switch was and I left the ignition cylinder in place for the added security of a locking steering column. The bad part about it is when I forget to put the key in, start driving and then "click" and realize I can't turn.
