Black centres FTW. 8)

Looks really nice. Paint looks good too. Who sprayed it?

Thanks mate.. a mate of mine sent me a picture of what looks like yours at brands today ...

Paint was done by sprint auto's in birmingham im pleased with it just need to save up and get the roof, bonnet and boot done aswell but the match isnt that far off for now.. :wink:

I love reading build threads like this, one minute it looks like a bit of a shed (no offence) then it look like a million bucks sporting some split rims!! It looks the dogs mate you must be chuffed! :D

It that a bi-turbo in the background as well??

No offence taken at all , was concerned it was a basket case at first but seems to be coming together nicely..

I wish it was, its a single turbo D3

Well its getting there ... after a few weeks wait the coilovers arrived on sat so popped straight up to the garage and got them fitted …

Also took a delivery of some 2.5 inch rear dishes so that will make the wheels 7 x 16 front and 8.5 x 16 rear , A few hours later with the wheels mocked up just need to get some 10mm hubcentric spacers and build them up then its mot time

thanks ... the wheels are actually pinched off my mk1 golf so the tyres may be a little too streched but they are 165 45 16 fronts and 195 40 16 if i have remembered correctly ...
