Gear changes are very sharp no vibration, car is very smooth but I do get some "chatter" noise when trying to set off slowly, maybe because I have a paddle clutch too? There's no problem when you set off like this lol
I think I have a pic on my build thread somewhere. Its not exactly the same as obuinal rubber thingy because custom flanges on the prop side.

I'd have that chatter noise too. With CNC machined full metal "flex" disc with some urethane. But at least it does not break apart, no matter how much torment.

The conversion to 2.7, you have done quickly.
I have Wednesday a appointment with Boltuning to adjust(chiptuning) de motronic to the 2.7i setup.
And then
I can't wait.

what injectors are you driving at what pressure? Mine are from a M50 engine, 200cc and 3.7bar pressure.

My plan was to fit the injectors from the e36 2.5 or 2.8 in combination with a 3.5 ltr. air volume meter and standard 3.0 bar pressure.
But on the advice of boltuning i kept the standard 2.5 injectors en air volume meter.
We will see tomorrow what the performance is going to be.

full report tomorrow please !
the only problem with the stock m20b25 injectors is that their duty circle will be 99%, its better that the injectors run at 80-90% capacity. I guess your tuner knows what he is doing.
What else have you made on your stroker? cam?pulley? ported?manifold?
