Nice! Think I'd crop the last photo, what a wonderful background to compliment the car!

You know what fun is, keep posting this kind of pictures.
Question, do you have an oil cooler mounted ?

thanks guys, this car deserves to be driven !
yes, the oil cooler is from a M20B25 engine, though I figured out that the oil temp stays at 120 degrees if you stop moving and leave the engine running, I'll fit an additional fan for the oil cooler, so I can turn it on in the boxes. Otherwise it works perfect, thermostat opens and closes right.

I have over 2 hours of mountain fast roads recorded, will do a few movies during the cold winterish days that follow.
My rear tyres are after 4000km gone, so I can only make a drive or two and i'm done for this year, and the grip is also gone, cold days and cold roads are quite dangerous with that power.

waiting for the big brother
rednose day
tall vs. small
16 inch donuts
sharknoses
improvisation, put on grass, car is lowered
Finally the cars met, though we are 10 kilometers apart, we planned this meet for a month at least so that all the leaves fallen off already
I had only 15 minutes time to make the pictures, weather did not work with me, some setting went bad on the camera, so it is what it is.
E24 M6 is my dream car, one day ... one day ! This one is in a pristine condition, 15 year ownership and less than 15.000km droven. Imported from Canada, S38 with dinan exhaust system and NOT automatic !

Nice set they make together! Pity about the US bumpers but why change, it has the S38 as well. I still love the E24. It is not likely I'll ever buy one but if I win the lottery I'll have a Bronzit M88 powered type 2 M635CSi please. I believe there was only one produced in that spec and it was for sale last year. I had a real hard time not to buy it I must say.
BTW nice location for the shoot as well! Calls out for more photos and perhaps some photo effects, unsharpness, b/w, sepia, whatever...

We will definitely meet again and do some better pics (usually I dont screw up, but here I was standing infront of my dream car),
I have staggered style 42 18 inch wheels for him, perhaps he will change his mind and we'll make more pics

venetian blinds on the rear window, is this a aftermarket part for the E21 or custom made? I'm looking for a retro addition and this is really nice.

To be honnest i think that is a custom made one,
If i was u i would look for something like this:
If i am right the "heckjalousie" that what it's called is both for e21 and e30.
Hope it helped u a bit!

thanks mate,
preparing for the 2014 season
- sequential shift light built in the speedo
- rear camber plates
- front lower strut bar
- ate power disc / ferodo ds2500 instead of zimmermann crap
- standalone ecu (7000 rpm limit)
- 65mm inlet
- all cheap isolation out, perhaps if I find Recaro speed seats for good money I'll change the seats, change the dash to PFL
- paint
...
