Engine runs fine again.
Oil pressure good and the car actually runs better I think.
Now its soon to be winter time.

Winter project is fitting accusump.

No. It has not had the correct oil level. And the pressure valve inside the oil pump was worn out.
So that`s why it dropped the oil pressure.

I will also buy an accusump this winther.

Guess and hope I then will be safe next year on trackdays ;)

Haha yea. It's too evil to be a girl.

I find it really weird when people refer to cars as females. Isn't a boat

Pfew!

Any plans left for the car? The only thing I'd try to improve is how the wiring loom runs over the engine. Jeremy's solution (back then in 2005) looks better imo:

Perhaps you can make a slightly smaller box instead. Jeremy's car sadly crashed heavily a couple of years ago. He bought another chassis off me to rebuild it and make it even better. If time allows he works on it, but just at a low pace as he needs most of his spare time for his own business (car body shop).

Don't want to tell too much as I'd like to leave that up to him but afaik the S50 is sold, he now has a S54 E46 M4 engine and driveline that is already made to fit. Chassis is almost ready for new paint. All 'n all he is taking things quite a step further than with the previous conversion, the new version will feature ABS and ASC+T for example. How's that on an e21?! :crazy
