Well let me return then, you don't need a workshop for the rears! Changed them on the street many times: loosen the three top nuts slightly on each side, then jack it up slightly under rear axle or diff. As soon as you see the tension is off the tops you're high enough already, wheels will still be touching the ground. Then you undo the lower bolt, remove the 3 top nuts and the entire package is off the car.
In my younger years changing both of them didn't take more than 15 mins!

Sounds almost too easy! Pretty well the same on an R33 skyline (and probably other IRS nissans)

I must say this has to be my favourite build on here, such attention to detail!
Is the steering wheel from a e24 and did it require modification to fit?
Also you say you're using an M20B20 block? What is your engine exactly?

Steering wheel is from a E30 (with some force, it fitted)
This is a genuine ETA M20B27 with high compression block, crank and pistons, and M20B25 head with a lot of modifications.
