is it just mild steel? gonna plate it or just fit it like that? and will it be under the sill or through the sill like mine? its gonna look tough either way!

i havent really decided that bit yet, im thinking i might cut a tunnel in the passenger seat area so that it fits tight under the body and come out the left hand side just under the sill. in the long run i still want to remove the left hand fuel tank and have the exhuast coming out in front of the rear wheel quite high up, but this is a long way away yet. might put my exhaust up for sale first though and then i can just get side exit fitted quicker.
prob just gonna spray the exhaust high temp matt black so it looks stealthy.
the other thing is constructing some cool side skirts. i have a plan for some square gutter

well here is a very poor picture of the car under the garage, but stage 2 has begun on the respray of the car, because mark has now done the whole bright orange idea i figure im gonna have to go different to get into magazine. going to go for white now as i have always wanted a white bmw, going to have a black roof though and gonna shadowline all the chrome i thinks. should look quite mean when i have finished with a bit of luck.

its amazing how much lower and wider the car looks as satin black before seemed to blend into the dark a bit too much

desperatly need some single head light grills though, the square ones are starting to make my eyes bleed

Where did the originals go? I thought you had singles. White should look good though.

well being a nice chap i sold my headlamps very cheap to an e21 fellow and then i also gave the grills to someone else to help me with sumin else. now i just want the grills as im gonna run some trick mk1 golf lights in the car instead of bmw bits.

Jim was going to send me some grills but if you want to send a few beer tokens his way I have no problem with him mailing them to you instead.

how many beer tokens do i owe, that sounds like a plan, i cant bear to face the square grills any longer i really cant
