Well it's been a while finally got it all built up and ready for full respray just waiting on the painter to collect it

All bare metal etch primer coated and now it's just waiting game till I can get on with the rest of it can not wait to see it in all the same colour !

Yea it's the boring bit but I've still got to sort out my trims either find new or try correct mine. But all in good time I think I'm going to try source some differnt seats but finding it pretty hard are e30 seats simaler recaro ones ? As I want to get some re trimmed but don't like my flat seats

The early E30 spoprts seats are Recaro's and have identical fittings, but as soon as BMW switched to their own sports seats (Sep 85 I believe) the runners are completely different which may require some creative welding to make them fit.

My mate has a front set of recaros out of a 90 325i but he just keeps saying make me a offer no idea what they worth

Yea still need to source some parts for the rebuild like front n rear window rubbers with chrome strips

Well inflatable garage is up for the car, coilovers and boxes of new parts arrived won't be long to get started
