You need to start a new thread in "General" or "Technical". Your questions will be answered there!

How low do you want to go? 40/40? 60/40? 60/60? Have a look at other people's cars and see how you want yours to look.

I have standard springs at the back and BMW sport springs at the front, so nearly normal ride height but a slightly more aggressive stance now that the nose is pointing down, not up.
