now Mark
I am back after various adventures- prescott etc

Because my B6 now has a B9 3.5 big block and was built in Germany/Switzerland I have a whole lot of of TUV info on wiring under the heading "Motorumbau BMW Alpina B6 E21 2.8- 3.5
Annschlussplan Motorkabelbaum"
It seems to show which wire does what between each engine, presumably this is useful to you?

If this is useful to you (and your German is up to speed) I shall happily send to you, do please let me know?
regards etc
Yes please

Slowly.

I'm going over to see the car in the next few days so that I can take some photographs.

Well, although things are taking longer than I'd hoped, its looking as if we should be ready for an MOT before the end of November. I still have some bits of trim to get such as the stainless gutter trims. If I can't find these second hand I'm looking at £320 for the pair! I've got pretty much everything else now though. There's bound to be other bits & bobs but hopefully I can sort those as the car racks up its first few hundred miles.

So, 4 or 5 weeks to go.....

Hopefully, before the end of the week anyway. I know that Dave @ M-tech has had a lot of other cars to prep, hence the delay, but he's assured me that he'll be concentrating his efforts on finishing this within the next 3 weeks or so.

It looks like I'm going to have to buy the final bits of trim from BMW. The gutter trims are £65+VAT each! Even the rear number plate lamps are £29+VAT each!

OK! Be glad the gutter trims are still available, seems to be an issue for E30's for years now!
