Nas solved the ECU puzzle that was limiting engine to 5000rpm. It now redlines just like it should!

I can't come over to Leeds as I have boiler and heating parts being delivered in the morning, looking after Kids in afternoon then in-law's Ruby wedding dinner in the evening. Plus I need to dismantle shelves and do wiring in the garage for the new boiler install starting Monday.

If you decide to drive over to see me I'll get myself to the workshop with or without Kids, and we can play big boy's toys! I'd be delighted to see you all - we could try the new ECU in my Baur and see if it runs - then nick a crank sensor off someone else's car if it doesn't work!

I think you all have my phone number, let me know if a convoy is on the way!

if we go Manx to see jim - jacko will be happy cos he wants to see MIB - but tbh its gonna be a mission that - i have to stay relatively local cos i have so much stuff to do in the morning. i have to pay the plasterer at one point and sort out some other stuff at home - pick my car up etc etc etc.

I've just got home after a night on call became a night of dealing with trauma patients in A&E. Well and truly knackered!

No idea if the Baur will work with the ECU, it has no MOT or tax and I have all the other stuff on today as well. No way I can come over to Leeds.

Coming over here would indeed be a mission, anyone who is passing is welcome to call me, but I won't be upset if I hear nothing.

Half 4 at Bretton would be good ??? There is two car parks there. A top one where the visitors centre is, and a lower one which is in the middle of no-where. We want to be at the top one... I would rekon thats where the postcode will take you anyways with a shat nav. I think J38 on the M1 will get you there easy enough. Remember it is pay and display, and as far as i know its a charity so it might be a few quid.

as im usually late for everything im guna aim for 4pm.

nas are you coming in yours too? is that 4 cars? i'll bring my camera.

oh and due to natwest taking my loan repayment out today insted of monday when its actually due to go out..... coupled with the fact i get paid on mondays too..... this means that unfortunatly £60 of the £100 for marks top mounts is being spent in morrisons as i type.
and the rest will fund my excursion out to see you guys later.
